3. Average bedroom

   10x10 ft. / 3.05x3.05 m. : 100 sq. ft. / 9.3 sq. m.

4. Small garage

   10x15 ft. / 3.05x4.57 m. : 150 sq. ft. / 13.94 sq. m.

5. Large one car garage

  10x20 sq. ft. / 3.05x6.1 m. : 200 sq. ft. / 18.6 sq. m.

* Month to month contracts are minimum three month and rates are subject to

  increase on 30-day notice.
